Residential Program Operations Manager


Care Net is seeking a helping professional with experience in crisis management and diverse populations for this full time Operations Manager position for The Elizabeth House residential maternity and parenting program.

The Residential Program Operations Manager oversees the program and operations of The Elizabeth House under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer. This position includes supervision of TEH staff, volunteers and residents as well as staff and volunteer training, program evaluation, and implementation of new initiatives.Spirit-led servant style leadership from this person will foster a safe and warm community environment while providing residents with a biblical foundation to promote lifelong learning for spiritual, relational, and economic success. In coordination with TEH staff, this person will oversee the care of each resident, encourage acceptable habits and attitudes, manage resident behavior, and provide support to meet the goals and objectives of the program.

Qualified candidates will:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a helping profession with at least one year of professional training and experience with crisis management and diverse populations.
  • Preferably have three to five years of experience in residential facility or in a related field.
  • Possess at least one and preferably two years’ experience in staff supervision.
  • Be capable of conducting and overseeing resident in-take.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal communication, public speaking, writing and problem-solving skills.
  • Show evidence of a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and demonstrate a strong Christian life.
  • Have strong commitment to the mission of Care Net Pregnancy Center and be in full agreement with Care Net’s Statements of Mission, Vision and Faith, Principles, Values and Confidentiality.

Relief Residential House Staff


Care Net is seeking Relief Residential House Staff for one to two overnight weekend shifts per month. The House staff has the responsibility for guidance and supervision of the residents of The Elizabeth House. This person is to be a role model and oversee the physical care of each resident, encourage acceptable habits and attitudes, foster a safe and warm community environment, manage resident behavior, and offer residential support with meeting the goals and objectives of any required service plan.

Qualified candidates will:

  • Be service and people oriented, having the ability to relate to people of various economic and ethnic background in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Have an ability to motivate and capable of handling crisis in a calm, professional manner.
  • Have excellent administrative abilities and be able to see every detail through to the end.
  • Show evidence of a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and demonstrate a strong Christian life.
  • Have strong commitment to the mission of Care Net Pregnancy Center and be in full agreement with Care Net’s Statements of Mission, Vision and Faith, Principles, Values and Confidentiality.

Fatherhood Program Coordinator


Care Net is seeking a Fatherhood Program Coordinator to assist in developing and overseeing a program to serve the needs of fathers of the children whose mothers are receiving services through Care Net Pregnancy Center of Dane County. The Fatherhood Coordinator will also work with area churches and agencies to reach and offer services to fathers not yet connected with Care Net.

Qualified candidates will:

  • Ministry degree and/or experience strongly preferred.
  • Have a proven history of strong leadership and program development.
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Show evidence of a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and demonstrate a strong Christian life.
  • Have strong commitment to the mission of Care Net Pregnancy Center and be in full agreement with Care Net’s Statements of Mission, Vision and Faith, Principles, Values and Confidentiality.
